Updating your account & subscription payment info

To manage your Memento Composite account, launch the software then click on MY ACCOUNT.




The Memento account page will launch on your default web browser.  Should your browser not launch or should you not be able to install the software, you can use this direct link in your web browser.


Log into your account using the email address that corresponds to your subscription or license, and the password you created.


Forget Password


Don't remember your password? Click the Forgot Password link under the sign-in button. An email will be sent to you with instructions.


After successfully signing into your account, you will be directed to a web page where you can log into your account to make changes to your subscription payment, your password and your general info.


My Profile


Click the "My Profile" tab on the left-hand side to update your personal information.



Change Password


Click the "Change Password" tab on the left-hand side to change your password.



Update or Cancel Your Subscription


Click the "Subscriptions" tab on the left-hand side to either update your credit card information or cancel your subscription.
