Adding an additional portrait after importing

To add a retake or missing portrait to an existing portrait database, go to the Index tab, then click on the Import>> options. Choose Add new item.

Scroll down to the bottom of the portraits - you will find an empty photo placeholder.

Hover over the silhouette to click on the magnifying glass. Your file manager will open. Look for the photo to add to the index, select it, then click Open.

Once added, locate the photo, and select it.  Associate the image with database information so it matches the other photos in the database - first and last name, group affiliation, and any other info required.

Once added, the image will be added to newly generated composite sets.
