Editor Tab - Generated Composite Overview

Modified on Wed, 24 Jan at 10:19 AM

The Editor is composed of three parts:

  • the Layout tab - where you create your template
  • the Composite Set tab - where you can view the entire generated set of composites made from your layout.
  • the Page tab - where you can fine-tune edit individual pages of your generate set.

This section will cover the Composite Set tab.

After completing your design, click on Generate Composite Set on the Editor's Layout tab to produce your composites.

The time it takes to generate the entire composite set depends on the complexity of your composite frame queries (multiple composite frames, many pages to generate, etc.).

As soon as the composites have been generated, the composite set tab will open to display all pages.

Use the Thumbnail slide (top right) to set size of the preview image.

The Composite set previews are useful for quick proofing. You cannot edit directly in this tab.

To open individual pages for custom editing, hover over a layout and click on the pencil icon. The page will open in the Editor's Page tab, where you can fine-tune edit each page separately.

Turn off pages you don't want rendered.

Next steps:

  • Go back to the Layout tab to make corrections, then regenerate the set
  • Go to the Page tab to edit individual pages in the set
  • Go to the Finalize tab to render the pages as ready-to-print files.
