Importing a PSPA Portrait File

Memento Composite makes the process of importing a standard PSPA file format effortless.

Ensure You Are in the "Index" Tab A - Click on the Import button B - Click on Import Standard PSPA File
In the "File Open" dialog, locate your index file. Please note that by default, we display .csv and .txt files, but you can apply a filter if desired. Select the index file and then click "Open" to begin the import process.
Since a standard PSPA file does not include a header, you may encounter this dialog. Simply press "OK" to proceed to the "Index Column Name" dialog.
A - List all items found in the PSPA file. B - Selecting an item (e.g., Grade) will display a preview of the associated data. Ensure you click on all items to confirm the associated data is correct. C - Click on "Complete Import" when you are ready. If you notice any inconsistencies, we recommend reading the article about importing custom data from an Index file.
Your PSPA file should have properly imported the photo along with the associated data. Click on any portrait to verify that the data is correctly associated.
